Terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility and partnership
By accessing the Flybeth Agent Portal, you represent that you are a registered travel agent or agency authorized to conduct business in your jurisdiction. Partnership with Flybeth is a professional collaboration designed to enhance your operational capacity through our global logistics fulfillment engine.
2. Professional code of conduct
Agents must maintain the highest standards of professional integrity. This includes providing accurate information during the registration process, respecting client confidentiality, and adhering to the Flybeth Global Logistics Deployment Protocol. Any breach of this conduct may result in immediate suspension of platform access.
3. Bookings and fulfillment
All bookings made through the portal are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of the third-party providers (airlines, hotel chains, and GDS networks). While Flybeth facilitates instant ticketing and confirmation, agents are responsible for verifying the accuracy of itineraries and communicating them to their clients.
4. Payments and commissions
Flybeth provides access to wholesale rates that allow for competitive agency margins. Commissions are calculated based on the net rate provided at the time of booking. Payment for all bookings must be settled according to the agreed-upon billing cycle. Flybeth reserves the right to adjust commission structures with prior notification.
5. Limitation of liability
Flybeth acts as a B2B travel fulfillment intermediary. We are not liable for changes, cancellations, or service failures caused by third-party carriers or property managers. However, our 24/7 expert support team is always available to assist agents in resolving disruptions and securing priority rebookings.
6. Termination of access
Flybeth reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Agent Portal at its sole discretion, including for reasons of non-payment, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet the Professional Code of Conduct. Upon termination, all pending commissions will be settled according to the standard audit process.
